To book a mechanical service please call us on 0412 805 501 or email ascension.australia@gmail.com to arrange a day to have your bike looked after.

Outside of general servicing, we can assist you with wheel building and basic suspension maintenance.

If you are in Sydney and looking for major suspension servicing such as damper rebuilds and internal tuning or need specialist fork repairs we recommend either:

  • Mountain Bike Suspension Centre in Stanmore 0450 289 223

  • Cannon Shock Works in Warriewood 0409 707 911

  • Bikes N Shocks in Lane Cove on 0430 372 588

Put simply, while I can perform suspension work for you, most bicycle store workshops are not equipped with the washing stations and specialist equipment required to rebuild dampers without risk of contamination of your internals. This is why so we recommend a specialist suspension centre for such work as you know they specialise in this line of work.

We can assist with a concierge pick up and drop off or mobile service for +$30 if you located on the Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches or Sydney CBD. This is to cover the cost of travel to and from your location.
