Shop General Information and FAQ: -

• For orders under $150 we charge a $15 postage and handling fee.

• Frame pricing included in cost including insurance for locations for median cost on Eastern States and Metro areas of $60 freight and insurance.

If you are in a regional location or located  in TAS, WA or NT please contact us for a quote the costs of freight. For orders where freight exceeds our projected levels, we reserve the right to contact you to seek payment of additional costs before sending items. If agreement is not reached on excess freight costs a refund will be issues less cost of surcharged incurred by the payment service provider (e.g. Square, PayPal or AfterPay).

• Please be sure of your purchase before ordering as refunds cannot be offered once parts have been installed onto a frame, packaging is damaged or disposed of ,or a component purchased show signs of wear being installed or damaged. Good must be returned at buyers expense for a refund to be processed.

• Dartmoor Bikes offer warranty for manufacturing defects only. For all warranty claims we will require the item to be returned to us for inspection and so that we may submit the claim on your behalf with Dartmoor Bikes, who are very good with looking after their customers, but any warranties need to be approved by Dartmoor Bikes head office in Poland and may take some time to be assessed and determined.

• There is no crash damage replacement program available for Dartmoor Bikes frames and components. 

• Warranties for parts from any other manufacturer are as per the processes set in place by the local distributor for that brand. We will of course assist you with any warranty claim for a product purchased from Bikes By Ascension, but only from the original purchaser / owner.
