Spank Spoon 32 rim laced to Hex 15/20 front hub and Spank SS 11t driver. We use Pillar spokes and brass nipples when building this wheelset.

These wheels are built up by us in our professional wheelbuilding workshop.
We use a pneumatic prestressing machine and 222 loctite on the spoke thread to give our wheels to ensure good nipple seating, spoke tensions and j bend spoke seating characteristics straight out of the box.
This give you a wheel that will stand up to the rigours of dirt jump riding without needing to be serviced again after a few riders (detensioning and rim damaged from casing jumps aside
